Tokker Legends Updates

Beta Features:

1. Storyline

- The quest in the Elves' Forest is finished.

2. Gameplay

- Added the Lewd Elf as a psuedo-boss in Elves' Forest

- The rest of the stuff was implemented in Dragstar Hotel

3. Bug Fixes

- Fixed the Save Core bug due to a black screen after cancelling the save event instead of going back to the title screen (thanks to Yakiisoba)

- Title menu was repositioned

- Other enemy tweaks are implemented

4. Others

- Skip Intro was added (for betatesters only)
